Situation: When Westlaw needed to connect with attorneys, I saw an opportunity to engage advertising on an emotional level, directly tied to an attorney’s life.

Result: My heartfelt approach was played out in a 3-part print advertising campaign which was tailored to specific practice areas. While no metrics were used on this effort, Westlaw brand mangers reported a notable increase in call and information request activities from the advertisements.
